Mono Garlic (Australian Grown in the Darling Downs)

MONO GARLIC also known as SOLO GARLIC, SINGLE CLOVE GARLIC, SINGLE BULB GARLIC or PEARL GARLIC.

They are usually small, round and around 25 to 50mm in diameter (Similar to a pickling onion).with a white skin and sometimes often have purple stripes on them. Their flavour is the same as normal garlic but not as strong. It’s abit milder in taste and only has a slight perfume to it. They are also alot easier and quicker to peel compared to normal garlic bulbs.
